Tembo: Potential Brockie move to be discussed after the season ends
SuperSport United head coach Kaitano Tembo has reiterated that striker Jeremy Brockie's future will only be discussed at the end of the season.
Brockie, who was sent on loan to Maritzburg United this season, is currently out of contract after being released by Mamelodi Sundowns.
The 32-year-old spent three years at SuperSport before signing for Sundowns, and could reunite with the club where he's scored 41 goals, but Tembo says it will only be revealed after the current season concludes.
"The CEO, Stan Mathews, made it clear that any players' movements will be discussed once we are finished the current season," Tembo told KickOff.
"Obviously Jeremy Brockie is one of the players who did well for the club, he might be the second-top goalscorer after Abram Raselemane.
"He has done well for the club but for now we can just focus on the current season. We can discuss the players' movements at the end of this season."
