Ntuli: Our hopes are still quite high
Bongi Ntuli remains hopeful that AmaZulu will retain their Premiership status this season.
Usuthu entered the enforced break, as a result of the coronavirus, in 15th place with 23 points, just three ahead of bottom side Black Leopards.
They have six games in their bid for survival, and the club's leading goalscorer is determined not to go down without a fight.
Ntuli was reported on FARPost to have said: "I think we're ready as a team.
"We have the belief that we can come out of the position we're currently in.
"Our hopes are still quite high, everyone has been pushing at training even though it has been a long and difficult wait.
"We have to go onto our game against Baroka with everything we've got."
The 29-year striker has scored 12 of AmaZulu's 14 league goals this season.
They return to action against fellows strugglers Baroka, before facing Bidvest Wits, Bloemfontein Celtic, Black Leopards, Stellenbosch FC and Highlands Park.
