This is according to the club's managing director Fredi Bobic, who insisted that Schwarz is in no danger of losing his job.
"For me, he is not even remotely up for discussion," Bobic told Sky.
Despite backing the coach, Bobic also made it crystal clear that Hertha's performance was abominable; especially the first half.
"The first half was the worst I have seen this season, and the players know that too," he added.
"We simply ran around without our heads."
Mattias Svanberg scored Wolfsburg's first in the fourth minute, before a penalty from Maximilian Arnold and a Jonas Wind strike made it 3-0 at the break.
Ridle Baku and Omar Marmoush completed the rout with a goal each in the latter stages of the game.

The World Cup golden boot winner was forced off just 21 minutes into Wednesday night's 3-1 Ligue 1 win at Montpellier.
By that point, Mbappe had already missed two penalties – both saved after the referee had ordered a retake due to encroaching.
"After undergoing tests, Kylian Mbappe suffered an injury to the left thigh at the level of the femoral biceps. He is expected to be out of action for three weeks," PSG confirmed in a short medical update issued on Thursday.
The French champions host Bayern on February 14 but Mbappe should be available for the return leg in Munich on March 8.
The forward has scored 13 goals in Ligue 1 this season, second only to Folarin Balogun – the Arsenal loanee having scored 14 for Reims.

Silva believes the amount of money spent by Fulham's local rivals, ahead of the meeting between the two sides at Stamford Bridge on Friday, is not a new phenomenon.
"I think it's not new. I know everyone is talking about them because it was a big amount of money in January but it is not the first time," Silva said.
"All of us, we know the difference between certain types of clubs."
He added: "Last summer, they spent a good amount of money too and they strengthened their squad and they were able to do the same this transfer window and show their power.
"If it is too much money or not, it is not for me to talk about it, but just to show the power and show their ambition to improve the squad.
"It's clear with younger players and fresh legs what they are trying to do and lucky them they have all this power to sign new players."
Fulham have made attempts to bolster their own squad after exceeding all expectations in the first half of the year, and go into the match on Friday two points ahead of Chelsea, but Potter's side have a game in hand.
On deadline day, Fulham signed midfielder Sasa Lukic from Torino and Cedric Soares on loan from Arsenal until the end of the season, and Silva believes they will bolster the squad.
"There were two positions that we wanted to strengthen in our squad, the right-back position and we wanted to create more competition in our midfield as well, to give us different solutions," the Fulham boss said.
"It was a busy last day for us as a football club, I know you (the press) like it, but we don't like it so much as a football club.
"But it's part of the year and part of the market, it's not easy to do even if we would like to have the players early because it is always better for us with a busy January and a lot of games as well.
"Cedric knows the football club and has played in the Premier League already and has a lot of knowledge that will help us for sure.
"Lukic is another mature player as well in a good age, another quality player who will give something different for us and create competition. I think both of them will raise the level of our team."

Leeds signed Georginio Rutter this month for a new club-record fee, which could rise to £36m and he made his debut at Accrington.
The France Under-21s striker partnered Patrick Bamford up front, with the latter making his first start since October after a series of injuries of his own.
The news of Rodrigo's extended spell on the side-lines is a big blow to head coach Jesse Marsch.
Leeds allowed fellow forward Joe Gelhardt to go out on loan to Sunderland and Marsch will be hoping Bamford suffers no further setbacks – he had groin surgery during the World Cup break – and that Rutter can acclimatise quickly to the Premier League.

Greater Manchester Police said criminal proceedings against a 21-year-old man had been discontinued as of February 2.
Chief Superintendent Michaela Kerr, GMP's head of public protection, said: "Given the significant media coverage of this case, it is only fair that we share the news that the 21-year-old man, who had been arrested and charged in connection with an investigation opened in January 2022, no longer faces criminal proceedings in relation to this.
"The investigation team has remained in regular contact with the legal team, providing any updates of note, and so understand the rationale for the discontinuation of proceedings at this stage, and that this decision has not been taken lightly.
"Despite the media and public's interest in this case, we have decided not to comment on it in any further detail.
"I would, however, like to use this opportunity to reiterate GMP's commitment to investigating allegations of violence against women and girls and supporting those affected, regardless of their circumstances, throughout what can be a hard and upsetting time for them.
"An ever increasing number of officers are receiving specialist training and the force is more consistently utilising tools, available via the criminal justice system, to keep people safe and care for victims.
