Chiefs reshuffled their coaching team on Wednesday as Ntseki stepped into the head coach role, while Arthur Zwane was demoted to assistant coach alongside Ntseki.
Although Ntseki has coached Bafana in the past, the tactician has very little experience of managing a top-flight club.
Some high-profile names have voiced their disapproval with his appointment including EFF leader Floyd Shivambu and Chiefs legend Junior Khanye.
Radebe, another Chiefs legend who went on to earn cult status in the English Premier League as captain of Leeds United, is the latest join the fray in voicing displeasure at the coaching change.
"I think for me, I thought we'd get somebody better, not that Ntseki is not good enough but I don't think he's proven enough to be a quality coach for a big club like Kaizer Chiefs," Radebe told the media.
"It's a mismatch for me but I might be wrong, he might take Kaizer Chiefs to greater heights this season but for that, we'll have to wait and see."
