Crystal Palace 2-1 Liverpool

Eddie Nketiah scored in the 97th minute to hand Crystal Palace a stunning 2-1 win over Liverpool, ending the champions' perfect start to the Premier League season.

Ismaila Sarr opened the scoring in the 10th minute, capitalizing on chaos from a Palace corner after Ryan Gravenberch's miscue fell kindly in the box.

Palace dominated the first half, with Alisson making key saves from Yeremy Pino and Jean-Philippe Mateta, who also struck the post.

Liverpool pushed after the break, but Dean Henderson denied Florian Wirtz and Gravenberch.

Federico Chiesa equalized in the 87th minute after Salah's blocked shot fell his way, but Nketiah had the final say - slotting home at the far post after a VAR check confirmed Gravenberch had stayed just onside. Palace remain unbeaten in 18 games.

Manchester City 5-1 Burnley

Manchester City made it 14 straight wins over Burnley with a 5-1 victory, aided by two Maxime Esteve own goals and a late brace from Erling Haaland.

Esteve handed City an early lead, turning in Jeremy Doku's rebound under pressure. Burnley hit back in the 38th minute when Jaidon Anthony finished from Quilindschy Hartman's cross, helped by a deflection off Rúben Dias.

After a nervy start to the second half, City regained control as Matheus Nunes volleyed in from a Haaland knockdown on 61 minutes. Moments later, Esteve diverted Oscar Bobb's mis-hit effort into his own net.

Haaland then struck twice late on - first from Doku's cross, then capitalizing on a defensive error - to seal an emphatic win and move City up to fourth.

Chelsea 1–3 Brighton

Chelsea's Premier League woes deepened as 10-man Blues threw away a first-half lead in a 3-1 home defeat to Brighton.

Enzo Fernandez headed the hosts in front, but Trevoh Chalobah's 53rd-minute red card - Chelsea's second in as many league games - proved the turning point.

Brighton capitalized with Danny Welbeck equalizing on 77 minutes before two stoppage-time goals from substitutes Maxim De Cuyper and Welbeck sealed a dramatic turnaround.

The result leaves Enzo Maresca searching for solutions and Chelsea winless since the international break. Brighton, meanwhile, climb into the top ten with another impressive result against a "Big Six" side.

Tottenham 1-1 Wolves

Joao Palhinha struck a dramatic stoppage-time equaliser to deny Wolves a first Premier League win of the season in a 1-1 draw at Tottenham.

Vitor Pereira's side looked set for victory after Santiago Bueno gave them the lead in the 54th minute, reacting quickest to tap home after his initial effort rebounded off Palhinha and was saved by Guglielmo Vicario.

Wolves, disciplined in a rare back-four setup, nearly doubled their lead when Ladislav Krejci was denied by Vicario.

Earlier, Sam Johnstone tipped Mohammed Kudus's header onto the bar in a crucial moment.

Spurs struggled for rhythm but salvaged a point four minutes into added time, as Palhinha curled a composed finish into the far corner to spark late drama in north London.

Nottingham Forest 0-1 Sunderland

Ange Postecoglou's wait for a first win as Nottingham Forest boss continued as Omar Alderete's first-half header gave Sunderland a 1-0 victory at the City Ground.

The winner came in controversial fashion on 37 minutes, when Nicolas Domínguez was harshly penalised for simulation, allowing Granit Xhaka to float in a free-kick which Alderete nodded past Matz Sels.

Wilson Isidor had earlier gone close, and Sunderland threatened again through Chris Rigg and Arthur Masuaku after the break.

Forest responded strongly, with Robin Roefs making key saves from Omari Hutchinson, Igor Jesus, and Elliot Anderson in a second-half siege.

Chris Wood missed Forest's best chance late on, heading wide from close range as the visitors clung on. It's now three defeats in five for Postecoglou, while Sunderland climb to third.

Leeds United 2-2 Bournemouth

Eli Junior Kroupi struck a stoppage-time equaliser to earn Bournemouth a 2-2 draw at Leeds United.

Antoine Semenyo gave Bournemouth an early lead with a low free-kick that found the net in the 26th minute. Leeds responded before halftime when Joe Rodon rose highest to head home from a Sean Longstaff corner.

Longstaff then volleyed his first goal for the club early in the second half to put Leeds ahead. Despite Leeds' efforts to hold on, Kroupi volleyed home a late leveller in the third minute of stoppage time, denying Leeds back-to-back wins.

The draw sees Bournemouth maintain their strong start to the season in third place, while Leeds extend their unbeaten home league run to 23 matches.
