Last 32: Kaizer Chiefs 4–0 Free Agents

The defending champions began their campaign with a professional display. Patrick Maswanganyi scored a brace early on, and despite a goal from Yanela Mbuthuma, Tshegofatso Mabasa added a late third to secure the win.

Last 16: Orlando Pirates 3–1 Baroka FC

Against a spirited Motsepe Foundation Championship side, it was Mabasa who stole the show with a hat-trick. Sydney Malivha scored a consolation for Bakgaga, but Pirates powered through.

Quarter-Final: SuperSport United 2–2 Orlando Pirates (Pirates won 5–4 on penalties)

In a tight encounter, Kabelo Dlamini's first-half goal proved decisive as the Buccaneers edged Marumo Gallants to book their place in the final.
