Bayern Hit Four to Seal Bundesliga Title in Style

Bayern Munich came from behind to beat VfB Stuttgart 4-2 and clinch their 35th Bundesliga title in dominant fashion.

The match started evenly, but Stuttgart stunned the home crowd when Chris Fuhrich finished smartly after a well-timed pass from Bilal El Khannouss. Bayern responded like champions, scoring three goals in six devastating minutes before half-time.

Raphael Guerreiro finished from close range after good work by Jamal Musiala, before Nicolas Jackson tapped in following a costly Stuttgart error. Alphonso Davies then added a third with a deflected strike to give Bayern full control before the break.

After half-time, Harry Kane came off the bench and marked his impact with his 32nd league goal of the season.

Stuttgart grabbed a late consolation through Chema Andres, but the title had already been secured as Bayern eased to victory.

Eggestein Strikes Late as Freiburg Stay in the Hunt

SC Freiburg claimed a hard-fought 2-1 win over 1. FC Heidenheim to boost their European ambitions.

Freiburg took the lead after a quick counter-attack, with Johan Manzambi's effort taking a decisive deflection on its way past the goalkeeper. Heidenheim responded strongly and levelled just before the hour mark through Budu Zivzivadze, whose curling strike found the top corner.

With the match heading towards a draw, Maximilian Eggestein delivered the decisive moment. His late shot deflected into the net to seal all three points for Freiburg, who continue to push for a European place.

Heidenheim, meanwhile, remain rooted to the bottom and face an uphill battle to avoid relegation.

Amiri Holds Nerve as Mainz Snatch Last-Gasp Draw

FSV Mainz 05 rescued a dramatic 1-1 draw against Borussia Monchengladbach thanks to a stoppage-time penalty.

Gladbach made a strong start and took the lead when Joe Scally struck from the edge of the box after early pressure. Mainz struggled to respond before the break, with their best chance falling to Sheraldo Becker, who failed to trouble the goalkeeper.

The hosts pushed for a second goal after half-time, but Mainz stayed in the contest. A late equaliser initially looked to have come through Nelson Weiper, only for VAR to rule it out.

However, Mainz were given one final opportunity deep into stoppage time. Nadiem Amiri stepped up and calmly converted from the spot to earn his side a deserved point and deny Gladbach victory at the last moment.
