I want to extend my contract and win trophies because I came here with a purpose."

We are in good shape, we are winning games, and I do believe we can win," he added.

With Arsenal currently top of their Champions League group and holding a seven-point lead in the Premier League, Arteta emphasized the importance of winning upcoming fixtures to secure progression and avoid additional playoff rounds. "If we win tomorrow, we know we'll have the advantage. That's massive. We have to go game by game and enjoy the journey," he said.
